What are the payment methods for orders placed on the URBAN BAG website? +

The only accepted payment method is the bank card.

How do I register on URBAN BAG? +

Enter the email address with which you want to register at URBAN BAG. Then, set a password and set up your personal account. Fill in the name and surname and choose a password as secure as possible. Consult the Terms and Conditions of the site for information that will be useful for your future orders and interactions on URBAN BAG. Don't forget to subscribe to our newsletter to find out about all our current offers! When you press the "Continue" button, your account will be created automatically and we will also send you an email to the address you provided us in the first step.

How do I modify my personal data? +

Modification of personal data can be done from the "My Account" page. Here you can update your name, surname and email address. You can also change your password from here.

How to modify the email address? How do I modify the delivery address? +

Changing the email address can be done from the "My Account" page.

How do I reset my account password? +

Changing the password can be done from the "My Account" page.

How do I place an order? +

Search for the desired product directly in the special search field or by browsing the product categories. Add the desired products to the shopping cart by selecting the "Add to cart" button. You can add more products from various categories to the cart. After adding each product, you will be directed automatically to the shopping cart, where you can review the list of selected products, update the quantity, or cancel one or all of the selected products. After adding the desired products to the basket, you must select the billing details, the desired payment method and the preferred delivery method. Do not forget to read the terms and conditions and check the box by which you agree that you have read them before sending the order. The final step for sending the order is the "Complete order" button. Shortly after pressing this button, you will receive an email confirming the registration of the order.

Can I order by phone? +

Unfortunately, the only way you can order is through the website.

How do I cancel an order? +

You can cancel an order by sending an email to office@urbanbag.eu, with the subject "Cancellation of order". To avoid processing and shipping, please cancel the order within a maximum of 24 hours from the date of its placement.

To which countries do you ship? +

The countries where we ship our products are: Austria, Belgium Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Are the payments I make with bank cards safe? +

Bank card data processing is done exclusively on the EUplatesc servers. Entering this data is done using a 128-bit SSL encrypted connection, your card data being completely safe.

Can I pay in installments? +

Unfortunately, at the moment this service is not available.

How is delivery made? +

Delivery is made by courier and it takes 5-7 working days.

How much does delivery cost? +

Delivery by courier is free for any order over 199 EUROS. For orders below this value, there will be a shipping tax of 19 EUROS

 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered? +

The delivery time may vary between 5 to 7 working days.

Is it possible the delivery of multiple orders in the same package? +

If you ordered multiple products with the same delivery address, we cannot guarantee that they will be delivered in the same package, but depending on the time difference between placing the orders, we will do our best to be able to deliver them in the same package.

What happens if I am not at the delivery address when the courier arrives? +

Generally, we recommend that you choose delivery to your workplace, if you are not usually at home during working hours. If, regardless of the chosen address and the reason, you are not available when the package arrives, you will receive a note with information about a new delivery attempt. The note will contain the number of the waybill (NT) and a telephone number to establish a new delivery date with the representative of the courier company.

Can I return ordered products? +

If you’d like to return an order or a product, know that it is very simple at URBAN BAG. Send us an email at office@urbanbag.eu with the subject "Product Return" accompanied by the following information: name, parcel pick-up address, phone number, name of the returned product and if you’d like a refund or exchange for another product. In case you want a refund, the money will be returned to the account attached to the card with which you made the payment. All you have to do is pack the product in a way as close as possible to the one in which you received it and we will send the courier to you. The cost related to the return that you will have to pay is 29 euros. However, you must keep in mind that you have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package and that the products must meet several conditions: returned items that you no longer want must be in the same condition in which they were delivered to you. This means: tried on, but not worn, without stains, without signs of wear or tears, including accessories or box and, as much as possible, with the label still attached.

Can I change an ordered product? +

Certainly. Send us an email at the address office@urbanbag.eu with the subject "Product Exchange" accompanied by the following information: name, parcel pick-up address, phone number, the name of the returning product and the product name you want in exchange and we will send the courier to you to make the exchange. For this operation, a cost of 48 euros is charged (19 euros for the delivery of the parcel from URBAN BAG and 29 euros for the return of the parcel to URBAN BAG).

Are there items that can’t be returned? +

Customized items cannot be returned.

What documents do I need to fill in to return a product? +

There is no need to fill in any documents. It is enough to send us an email at office@urbanbag.eu and we will take care of everything that means the return.

To which address do I send the returned package? +

There is no need to write down the address on the package. All you have to do is seal the return box well. After we receive the email from you, the courier will come to pick up your parcel, already having all the necessary data available based on the information we received in the email.

After how long can I return a product? +

The products can be returned within a maximum of 30 calendar days from their receipt.

How long will it take to get my refund? +

The money is returned quickly, in less than 5 days. After your return has been accepted, we will refund the related amount to the account related to the debit or credit card from which the payment was made.

How long does it take for the courier come and pick up the package? +

The courier will reach you in 1-3 working days after receiving the return request by email.

How much does it cost to return a product? +

For all returns, the shipping cost is 29 euros and is made through courier.
